Some days it just plain old tires you out to be Reuben!

This is his second day on a new keto formula, and he vomited, completely out of the blue (it had been four hours since his last tube feeding! Usually when he vomits it's during a feeding, toward the end, when his stomach is just too full.) It wasn't a huge mess, but apparently it wore him out!

 It's still kind of crazy to me to see that little appendage next to his belly button. Sweet boy.
